Information from our School Nurse

Please contact Nurse Jen Vennekotter  if you have questions about the following:

1. 1. Any significant health issues, concerns, allergies that we should know about, e.g. asthma, diabetes, seizures, severe food/insect allergies, meds that need to be given at school.
   2. Immunizations need to be completed before the first day of school.

 Nurse Jen will reach out to you to help begin a health plan for your student.
