- Required Documents for Enrollment (District Enrollment Requirements)
- Birth Certificate
- Immunization Record
- Kindergarten Health Appraisal with Hearing/Vision screenings from pediatrician
- Parent Photo ID
- Proofs of Residency (3) (Record of Proof for Enrollment)
- Housing Information (lease/mortgage with current address)
- Two utility bills (cable, electric, gas, water with current address)
